My approach
Deep work, made practical.
How I coach and facilitate, whether you're a leader, a team or an individual.
Five principles
What guides the work.
Evidence-based
Grounded in coaching psychology and evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and cognitive-behavioural coaching, brain-based coaching (the Results Coaching System) and validated diagnostics such as Hogan, Human Synergistics, Saville Wave and DiSC.
Beneath the surface
Behaviour has roots. We work with emotions, patterns and beliefs, because that's where lasting change starts.
Mindful presence
Mindfulness and self-compassion, woven in according to what each person brings, help people notice what's happening in the moment, and choose how to respond.
The whole system
No one leads or lives alone. I look at the person within their team, organisation and relationships, drawing on systems thinking.
Built to last
Insight only matters if it holds up on a Monday morning. We turn it into practices, accountability and measurable change.
What a session feels like
Warm, honest and focused.
I create a safe space, listen closely and ask the questions that matter. I'll also challenge you, with care, when something needs to be seen.
- Validate first, nuance afterUnderstanding comes before any challenge.
- Hold before solvingThere is space for what you feel before we look for answers.
- Concrete, embodied anchorsPractical tools you can feel and use, not abstract instructions.
- Clear boundariesI know where coaching ends, and I'll refer you on when something else would serve you better.
